Greetings Members of the National Square Dance Society of Australia Inc.
There were two items thatare yet to be resolved from the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
Theses items were:

• # 1 Acceptance of the Minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting
• # 2 Acceptance of the 2020 Financial Report

These are the only items that will be addressed at this meeting.
If you can not attend this meeting, please use your proxy vote that is available to you.

In order to comply with our current extension, we need this meeting to be completed by November 30 2021.
If we can not have this completed within this timeframe, we will have to apply for a further extension, something I am not sure will be granted.

As most in the past have opted for Sunday meetings, continuing with that thought, that leaves us the following options.
