2020 Annual General Meeting

2020 Annual General Meeting Minutes

For the very first time we will hold our Annual General Meeting Online.
As this is a first for all of us, please have a little paitence as it is a big learning curve for most of us.

This meeting was scheduled to happen during the 61st Australian National Square Dance Convention in Katoomba, NSW.

However, as we are now all aware, this had to be cancelled.

So in order to bring everyone together and also to fulfil our corporate obligations, this is how we are going to do it.

Below is a list of reports that are to be presented and I encourage you to read them so that any questions that you may have can be addressed during the meeting.

We look forward to your participation and cooperation in this exciting new format.
